Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
The site mxplate.com is published by Thibaut Georges, Sole Trader (trading name TGF & Co), operating the MXPLATE brand. SIRET: 951 392 570 00028. Address: 2 rue de la Ratterie, 45340 Beaune-la-Rolande, France. Email: info@mxplate.com. Phone: +33 6 15 78 79 58. These terms apply to all orders placed on mxplate.com by individuals. Trophies and club orders are subject to a specific quote.
2. Prices
The plates are laser-cut from 1.5 mm brushed 304L stainless steel, in 4 sizes (150, 300, 400, and 500 mm), and personalized according to the information entered by the customer. The preview shown in the personalization tool is for guidance only: it is the information entered (text, number, logos) that is authoritative. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
3. Orders
The customer personalizes their plate, checks the summary, accepts these terms, and pays. A confirmation email is sent. The order is final once payment is confirmed. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered (spelling, number, logos). A modification remains possible by writing as soon as possible to info@mxplate.com, as long as manufacturing has not started.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure platform (Stripe). The amount is debited upon validation of the order.
5. Delivery
Delivery in France, Europe, and worldwide, to a pickup point or home address depending on the options offered at payment. Estimated time: 15 to 25 days between order and receipt (custom manufacturing and shipping). A tracking number is sent upon shipment. If the deadline is exceeded, the customer may, after an unanswered reminder, cancel their order and be refunded (Articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods. As MXPLATE plates are made to order, they cannot be returned for a simple change of mind.
7. Nature of the products
The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of a damaged, defective, or non-conforming product, the customer writes to info@mxplate.com with their order number and photos: the plate is remade or refunded, return costs covered by MXPLATE. Plates are decorative products: indoor use is recommended to preserve the finish.
8. Personal data
Customer service by email at info@mxplate.com or on Instagram (@mxplate.off), Monday to Saturday, response within 48/72h. The data collected is used solely to process orders. In accordance with GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, by contacting info@mxplate.com.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute not resolved directly with MXPLATE, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (contact details to be confirmed, available upon request). These terms are governed by French law.
