Founder & Boilermaker
MXPLATE (formerly MX Light, which I bought) isn't a team of ten people in an office. It's me, Thibaut (nice to meet you 😅) — In love with motorcycles forever, convinced that a beautiful object is worth more than a piston or a sprocket on the shelf as decoration (no judgment, I get it) 😂🙌
After several years building and running a first business, I wanted to come back to a project that really speaks to me, that gets me fired up: making objects that have meaning, for a world I've been close to forever. Being near you, and this MX community, is a real joy 🙏
I live in Van-Life, so I can follow every competition whenever needed, with HQ in Orléans 😉 Trained as a boilermaker, it's no coincidence that I work with stainless steel today 🤙 Every plate, every trophy that comes out of the laser cutter, is a piece that I design, draw and follow through to delivery 📦 No anonymous outsourcing — just brushed stainless steel, a clean cut and transparency on everything else! 😉
