A problem? Returns & exchanges 🔁
Your plate is 100% personalized: it cannot be taken back for a simple change of mind (no right of withdrawal on a personalized product, that's the law 🙏).
On the other hand, if it arrives damaged, with a defect, or an error on my part, I'll take care of it. Let me know as soon as possible, with photos to back it up 📸
